We brought the folks from Singapore to La Carita's and they loved it! Did n't know exactly what to do with the tortillas, and couldnt get over the quantity-but they ate the left overs after church that night.

For dinner tonight we had:
Cube steak smothered
Fireside Potatoes (has cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream, onions) 
fried squash from my neighbors garden and mine
tomatoes from my garden
cantelope
watermelon
Homemade fried apple pies
Blue Bells Homemade Vanilla
Pound Cake
(the greens picked from the garden wasn't quite ready by supper time)G Garlic and cheese biscuits.
Sweet Tea
Pink Lemonade
Crystal Light Lemonade
Orange Jello
Can you tell I have company?

Hi Blu.... Non-stop entertainment  here in Baton Rouge. We had leftovers. Let me tell ya what!! 
Today my sis prepared lunch for my old 1960 high school girl friends. MY BIL prepared Cajun Shrimp Bowtie Pasta..yummmie! My sis prepared petite green peas, a fresh fruit salad w/ poppy seed dressing on lettuce. Later we had coffee with a fresh bluberry - strawberry cover in whipped cream....Smackin good!!

I would love some Tilapia recipes- The only way I make it is pan grill it in lemon juice, olive oil and lemon pepper. We had that yesterday, but I would love to make it another way. I want to start serving it more than once a month.
