That's what I'm going to do. My husband has to work all weekend - He's bummed!
Don't forget the carrots in the roast and a little celery - makes for excellent gravy.
I'm going to make him some Chocolate Chip Cookies today also. Food always makes men calm down. LOL I think that's the only thing that helps them. Right?

Yeah, I love carrots with it, but I'll pass on the celery. No one at my house cares for it!

Well, I don't use celery that often so I keep celery salt. Just adding a little changes the dynamics of a roast - very awesome.

That I might try. I have some celery salt at the house. Have you ever used banana peppers in a roast?

I don't care for banana peppers, so no. lol
Don't use too much celery salt - it packs a big punch and you won't like it. Just sprinkle a little over the top.
