I start my new gig Monday. Same company. different org. promotion/pay raise..... God is good.


Mrs Ferd is doing well, we are at the halfway point (or there abouts) with Son number 2.

I'm starting to really get excited about the prospects of having 2 boys running around the house!

Tell me about it. I am the office manager for a construction company, and the construction field is really scary right now, especially where I am. We are doing almost nothing.

"Luckily" for me, at the same time my work pretty much dried up, the girl who was bookkeeping for my bosses' drywall company, and his personal & rental properties quit. So I was able to take over that.

My husband has already been out of work for 10 months, so if I were to lose my job...yikes!

I am in the same position. I work in accounting for a bathtub manufacturer. With the housing market and economy the way it is, companies like ours are taking huge hits. I mean, really, how many bathtubs do you buy in a lifetime? So if there aren't houses being built or remodeled, we don't have orders.

And my husband has been off work for three months and the surgeon who is doing his surgery Thursday said a minimum of four months recovery time off work, so I grab every overtime hour I can work!!

Keith is our sole provider, he is up for a job in the SF bay-area that pays excellent! So we are praying about it-

It's hard waiting for God to direct, for our ministry is basically over here.
