I agree!
I saw this video last year and it really showed me how "cluttered" my life as a mommy was. I can't listen to the song--it just isn't my style. But I loved the first part .

That's excellent. I'd never heard that song before - don't ask me how I've missed it because I do like the Gaither stuff (not a steady diet of it, but I like it). I passed this along to several of my friends. I know it will bless them, too.
Have a good night.

Morning everyone!
I feel as though my cold is now settling in my chest. I want it to just go away!! And my poor daughter has it also, I heard her coughing all night long. The stubborn thing won't take liquid tylenol and I have bought 2 different types of cold medicine in tablet form and went to give some to her to realize it was for ages 5 and up. So far she hasn't complained but I may call the doctor and see if I can still give her some of it maybe just a lesser dose or something, IDK. Lucky for me my MIL watches her so I can continue to go to work - I usually take every chance I get to keep her home -especially since I usually have tons of sick time here - but since I am nearing the end and I am about to be off for awhile I am trying to be here as much as I can in the next few weeks - I already have enough doctor appts the way it is!!!!
So, how is everyone else feeling today???? I have gotten to bed late the last 3 nights in a row and it is making me drag but I can't complain because I have been getting much done around my house so, I guess I can't have my cake and eat it too!!!

Hey, if it is your cake, why can't you eat it??? I 've always wondered that! Anyway, Good morning........! I tell ya, that cold has been going around.. My mil got it in Tn and she's had a persistant cough that just lingers...
Looks like you don't have too much longer yet before the bambino is here! As every woman knows, those last weeks are quite a doooooosy!!! Sometimes I miss those days.... but when I cut out my emotional side and think about it logically, . It's nice to have my children growing up and more dependent....i think

I could not sleep last night for all the congestion. I ended up sitting up on the couch most of the night just so hubby could sleep. I have a doctors appointment this afternoon at 3:15. It's gotten to the point that I can't breathe through my nose-- and my throat is so sore from having to breathe through my mouth. My ears and head are throbbing. I can feel the congestion moving into my chest-- and I really don't want this to get any worse. It seems like it just came on suddenly. I was feeling fine a couple of days ago.
I took something for the pain earlier, and slept about two hours this morning after hubby left for work. Then the phone rang and I couldn't go back to sleep. I am still pretty groggy-- and hope this will wear off soon. I hate the after effects of medications.
I do dread the thoughts of seeing what the doctor charges though. Since our insurance changed in Jan-- it has been AWFUL! The last time hubby went to the doctor with flu symptoms-- they charged $502 to the insurance company. The insurance company paid $147. At least they have an agreement to accept what the insurance company pays-- and it isn't leaving us with huge bills afterwards. It's just unbelievable to me what they have to charge the insurance companies to get enough money out of them to cover the lab work, shot, and a little of the doctors time in the exam room. I can understand why they are doing it-- but it's just crazy....
