After I finish my undergrad in Boston, I plan on moving and getting my masters closer to where there is the church that I do agree on most, if not, all the standards. I then hope, GOD willing, after some time of faithfully attending this church, I will be ready to start a church in New Hampshire where I will faithfully preach and uphold a conservative standard of holiness.

GOD BLESS!

Whose conservative standard of Holiness? The Amish?

I would love to see the spreadsheet of modern UPCI leadies that truely do not cut their hair in anyway.....

It has to be very low....

It is not the cutting that makes them Hypocrites it is the preaching of a non salvational issue that puts them in that place...

I don't apologize one bit for saying "sour grapes" earlier.

And I'm not apologizing for the strong language of saying your attitude is nasty either.
I don't begin to know personally the men that head up many companies I would not invest my money in....

I do not have any issues with KH as a man.

I do however see someone who puts out a letter that looks like they are yelling the ship has a leak.

But not to worry we will make it to shore before we sink.

Without taking the time to check the weather reports that the wind has changed and will blow them out to sea.....

It is kind of like the guy who plays the bass in a large UPCI church. But his wife wears pants and works in the nursery.

He is the head of the house.

He signs the platform vow.

But his wife does not need to sign a thing.

She can work the ministry no one wants to work.

But all along the pastor overlooks it because the music minister needs the bass player.

The church needs the nursery worker....

But change the roles.

Have the wife be a singer in the choir.

The man as an usher.

No way.... She cuts her hair....

It happens in almost everone of the churches.

The problem with standards in most UPCI churches.

Standards are not treated fairly by any means it depends on your talent and who you are...

Many have stated that my wife had it easier because her dad was the pastor's brother..

I can tell you it was the truth and I saw it first hand...

Blah! Blah! Blah!>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Your blanket statements are tiring and it would do you well to get our more. The limited, and yes I mean limited, number of churches you have been in are not a fair indicator of what the organization as a whole does.

Playing the card "I seen it with my own eyes" is also circumspect when you consider the limited number of churches you have been in. Am I saying such things do not happen? Nope. Indeed they do. But inane statements and unsupportable, frivolous stats like you post make it hard to take your posts too seriously.

Further, your response said nothing of "people making liars of themselves."

Yeah...those....are the amish in there? The point missed is that you think YOUR standards are the right ones and biblical while someone else things THEIRS are the right ones and biblical...you say "conservative standards"....whose definition of what conservative means? Many baptists are considered conservative, they preach hard against gays and other things....they even sponsored a national boycott of Disneyland for hiring gays...they are conservative...im sure they believe their way is the bible way. How about the Amish? Maybe they believe their way is the conservative way

No sir, I did no judge her, I pastored her. There is a difference! If someone in my church is in a leadership position or on the platfrom, they are informed what is expected of them, infact the have to sign an agreement to abide by those standards or they will be dismissed. This is something I was infatic on.

Concerning the one seen in the mall....or anywhere else, that is between them and God! I am only a messenger.. I am not called to inforce, just to deliver. People have the become doers of the words and not hearers only!
