Did you notice that the angel seemed to follow the lens?
Yes, the angel never moved independently of the camera's movement. Notice especially when the angel moved across the foreground in front of the bon fire- the camera angle dips down. It seems that the camera operator was well aware of the effects moving the camera around would have on the movement of the "angel."
No one else seems to even be aware of what the camera operator is seeing. Thus, I would conclude that it is a a lensing artifact captured by camera.
