Funny and sad story..I got called a racial slur a couple of weeks ago...included the word "Indian". Of course he drove off before I could "minister" to him. Funny thing is, I told a Native friend of mine that I took one for her team...she told me we are even....she got called a ____ _____ Mexican in Buffalo once. Heeeeeeeeee!
No we can tell he's American,his accent gives him a way!

I never fit in there due to my speech and now in Rainy, miserable cold California I again do not fit in.

The mall today had jean skirted ladies wearing white sneakers and short jackets.
Being the senior I am ,I wore a long coat and winter boots,no more freezing for me if I can help it, not as tough as I used to be.lol
By the way we have had electricity in my part of N.B. for many years but I did start school with a slate and slate pencil !

I wonder which is worse... no fashion sense (tennis shoes and jean skirts when not walking in the park) or no common sense... short flimsy jackets and sandals in the middle of a New Brunswick winter..
One is as bad as the other I think.. but I tend to forgive the no fashion sense faster than no common sense!
