What a great tip sis....if I had kids I would be on that one right away before they are all sold out...

TS - I love to do gift baskets, too. I think it is the fun of planning all year long, shopping and thinking of what the people you love would enjoy. A couple of Christmases ago, we were not exchanging gifts in our family, but they were coming to my house on Christmas eve. Well, I could not have everyone come to my house and not open gifts , so I shopped all year long for everyday stuff, some of it you buy for yourself and use, some of it you would like but not spend the money on yourself. I made a gift basket for each person there. It was like a big grab bag for everyone. They really liked the idea and it was fun planning and shopping for everyone. I did a lot of shopping at the Dollar Store and Big Lots.
This has been a busy week for me and I am sure everyone else. Hope all is well with you all.

Oh My Goodness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been planning on going out in the morning and spending the whole day finishing up my Christmas shopping - groceries and all, I didn't want to step foot back into a retail store until after Christmas once this weekend is over. Wouldn't you know it we have a snow storm coming in - we are supposed to get 4-8 inches of snow starting tonight and then Ice on top of it all!!!!!!!!!!!! What am I supposed to do? I don't have another day to go shopping and one of my exchanges is Monday night. I guess this is what I get for waiting till the end to finish up.
