ILG, I know what the prayers of this forum can mean to a person when you are in dire straights. You and your husband definately will be remembered in prayer by me. Gather strength from knowing that you've got a group of people here who love you and who are prayer warriors in every sense of the word. Let us hold you up!!

My brother was diagnosed with testicular cancer a couple years ago. He had surgery and radiation and hasn't had any further problems (although he hated the radiation and wouldn't do it again). His only issue is that he is now infertile and didn't have the opportunity to have children.

I know this info is too late for your brother, but there is now the option of a sperm bank for when needed later.

Fortunately, we've had the children we are going to have. Did he do any chemo? CAn you give me details about the radiation?

We are believers in natural as much as we can, but in this case surgery and some chemo seem pretty standard even with people who are less traditional.

Algae,

I have already been praying while reading this thread and will continue to pray. Please keeup us updated.

I know you guys have had a tough time and sometimes it seems like there will be end to the trials but there will be. There will be a time of rest. Just continue to put your trust in God and let the Holy Spirit be your comforter.

His sperm was not viable due to the cancer, so banking was not an option.
