All because of #1 sweets, #2 my garden-eating buttered corn like a hog and #3 sitting at the computer too much. ..Also, not drinking my 2 liters of water each day.
I'm impressed!! (I love your reasons)

We had Butter Chicken, rice, some kind of spicy Indian soup and naan bread stuffed with spinach and cheese and grilled till melted for lunch. It was delicious!

Right now I'm having a cup of green tea .......... and treating my husband to hugs and kisses on his neck and elsewhere ....... in hopes he'll succumb to my will and wishes and treat me back to something cool and melting and warm (hot fudge sauce) and sweet and creamy and nutty (pecans) with extra strawberries and go to Dairy Queen and get me a sundae!

I think it's working -- the plan I mean.

My wife cooked a Southern country dinner today: Chicken & corn bread dressing, pinto beans, fresh corn off the cobb, fried okra & yellow squash, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.

My dinner party went well tonight! We ate way too much, then all sat around in the living room and told preacher/church stories till we were laughing so hard we were crying. Then we all got together and prayed before they all left. These are all pastors & wives who are attending our church now but used to be on staff at different places. All of a sudden, God has sent us about six pastoral families who have just been displaced and are looking to plug into a church family. Not sure what He's up to, but they are all precious people.
