The end result is that more than 75% of AD ministers are over 40.
That's a demographic that is reflected North America wide.

True North said, "Reality is, in NB, call a UP church whatever you want - people are still smart enough to know that it is a UP church, unless of course it is in northern NB where it might take a while to figure out."

My question is, "Are you suggesting that the UPC is not known in northern NB or that the churches there aren't as strict as those in the south?"

I suspect that the answer is that there just aren't enough churches in the French speaking areas for there to be a known UPC brand there. Is language the racial prejudice of Canadian Pentecostalism? Even in Quebec, the Oneness Pentecostal churches seem to be centered around Montreal, the English speaking area of Quebec. Does the Bible School have "preparing workers for the French harvest field" as part of its Mission Statement?

Quebec City the most beautiful city in Canada! I am counting the days till I will be there on vacation. I know that as I near the city and cross the Pont Pierre Laporte that I will weep over the city as always and pray yet again for God to send forth labourers to this city I once called home!
