June 16th! going on 12 wonderful years...It's funny to think that I've almost been with home 1/2 of my life!

Got a few minutes to check in. I got up this morning with a "bee in my bonnet." I don't know if it was hormones or what, but I started cleaning the house. I mean I did stuff I don't usually do like, wiped down the paneling, cleaned the baseboards, cleaned the windows, and then moved out to the patio and cleaned it off. The weather has been so nice here, we are in the mid 70's , it feels like spring so I guess I started spring cleaning. I hope it helped me work off a pound. I have been dieting for the last few months and I am 2.5 lbs from by goal weight. This month with birthdays and valentines day- it has not been conducive to losing.
Michi - It is good to see you hanging around again. I missed you. I read your thread about your mom. Remember your steps are ordered by the Lord! He has a plan in all of this. Well got to go cook dinner. Talk with ya ll later.

OH the nice weather always inspires me...I deep clean my house twcie a year once in the spring and once in the fall...its getting harder the older I get, and I have so much STUFF!!! Dusting everything takes forever...I was going to post picks way back last spring...on the OLD forum but never did do it...

Congratulations on your weight loss...that is so hard to loose weight. It seems like most everything we do in our life is centered around food...sigh

I just finished my supper...I have been trying to eat my big meal in the middle of the day...then no dinner just my ice cream.

Well I am going back to my beading...having so much fun makeing table jewelry!

Michi, good to see you here. I gotta tell you - your thread about your mom's new boyfriend had me rolling on the floor laughing!!!! I can just imagine - what a hoot that had to be!! Does this guy have a church? or does he just fancy himself a minister?

Well, I finished the funeral video - whew! Now I'm just unwinding a little bit before I head for bed. Watching Gaither's on tv while I'm reading/posting on here.
