It is not impossible for God to create a sperm cell to fertilize the egg of Mary and create the son of God and son of man.
It is not impossible for God to bypass all of that, and just become a man....but He did not.

a sperm is the vehicle that carries DNA. God doesn't need to use a sperm to implant DNA into a egg. And He doesn't need preexisting DNA either. That's why it is a miracle.
