12 year old boy receives the HolyGhost Sunday

Sunday night after church there was this boy sitting in the back. His family was talking to him about the HolyGhost because apparently God had been dealing with him in the service but its not something I noticed because he was behind me and I was busy wrangling a toddler.

I started talking to him and started saying the whole,"God can fill you anywhere...in your bed, at the store, in the car." and it just hit me that I was already giving up and saying,"Well He will do it anywhere but here and now apparently."

Church was already over and people were busy talking and filing out.

I told him,"You can have it in less than 5 minutes here and now if you'd like!"

He agreed and I explained repentance in simple terms and told him what we were about to do. We prayed a short prayer repenting with him asking God to fill him with His Spirit and then I laid hands on him starting to pray in tongues and encouraged him to just relax and begin to speak.

It wasnt even a minute and he started to speak in tongues. I stopped praying to be able to listen and told him,"THATS IT! THATS THE HOLYGHOST! YOURE SPEAKING IN TONGUES!!!"

Everybody but the kids dad and stepbrother was oblivious to what was happening because it happened so quick. I began to yell at people across the church hollering,"HES SPEAKING IN TONGUES!!!!!"

We baptized him a little over an hour later after filling the baptistry and getting his moms permission. We called her at work and she began weeping and enthusiastically gave her permission.
