Within the context of what is taught in Colossians 2, where does it state that Colossians 2:9 made Jesus God?

So Jesus proclaimed, as he taught in the temple, “You know HIM, and you know where HE comes from. But I have not come of my own accord. He who sent me is true, and him you know.
Would you think he meant this???
