No, JOHN said God was made flesh. And that does not mean God does not still exist outside that flesh at the same time.

Because God remained God as the same time He was made flesh.
Stop fighting the word with your stretched reasoning. That's how catholics started believing in prayer to Mary and trinity, etc.
