Sean, can you explain WHO is spoken of in this verse and what it means?
Jeremiah 17:13....O LORD, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the LORD, the fountain of living waters.

Since the Bible does say that no one else is to be worshiped other than the One true God ( Exo 34:14, Exo 20:3-5; Deu 5:7; Mat 4:10; ), please reconcile that with these verses. Do include the reason why the adult Jesus did not refuse such worship since He certainly knew such adulation is reserved only for God:
Matthew 2:11....And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.
Matthew 14:33....Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.
John 9:38....And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him.
Matthew 14:33....Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God. I can't wait to see your DETAILED response.

Easy, because he stood in the stead of his God, because of being the holy Ghost filled(without measure), only begotten son of God.
He was privileged by this exclusiveness .
