OK, Jesus quoted the Old Testament "at times" then Jesus was quoting the Psalm on the cross that time. When Jesus quoted the Old Testament "at times" was He copying the writers? Oh, so you believe that you will be a beam in eternity? In an actual structured?

Sean, there isn't two gods, one god worshipping another god? Sean, what does it mean when Paul said the head of every woman was her husband, the head of every man is Christ, and the head of Christ is GOD.

Does that look like two gods to you?

Silly boy, Jesus quoted O.T. in his teachings, which were not depicting his crucifixion, just like the Apostles later did.

We are talking about THE AUTHOR of the words of Psalm 22:1-18, which you deny were the actual words of Jesus.

You must think, since Jesus was quoting the Psalmist, that he was unable to finish the next 17 verses, saying/thinking "you know what I mean".

Sean, many NT passages say that what Jesus did "fulfilled that which was written of Him." This is a good example:

Luke 24:44....And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

Now, if the writers wrote what Jesus did, then wouldn't the writer fulfill that which was done? Instead, we have Jesus doing something that fulfills what the writer wrote. Thus, the "fulfilling" was not done by the writer's actions, but by Jesus' actions.
