Yes, he was given the Holy Ghost immeasurably.(All he needed to do the amazing miracles, speak for his God and not sin).
That is not Col 2:9 at all.
Col 2:9 says every "ounce" of God is inside his body.
9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

So Jesus was called God by Thomas. But Jesus told Mary He needed to ascend to the Father. Therefore the Father was in a different location? Because the post resurrection God Jesus had to go up to the Father God? Would you agree that you believe in God the Father in God the Son in dwelling in us through God the Holy Ghost? That sounds like something that those guys in black robes believe?
