YES! I need some basic recipes for some basic Hellenic food. Nothing super fancy, something actually eaten by ordinary Greeks.
Hopefully without yogurt, though... I cannot abide yogurt...

I'll get her recipes and her mother's.
My wife also makes a killer Alligator Sauce piquante! Ώπα!

Not anymore!
But since last year i am living in my mother house i enjoy again her food.
Even if i want to cook something i can not ...her kitchen is like her kingdom that is Greek mothers.
