Is that what they call that in a hotel? A breakfast bar? I thought it was a child's buffet? Anyway, there was no water?

Re: Foot washing and communion
By the way do you think they went to hell because I baptized them? I had to lay most down in a sheet and the nurses helped me lower them into the water...some of them I wrapped their legs...hands often feet in plastic as their body members often fell off...
You see my friends things are not always as we would like them to be....I wished many times for a strong man to help me but more times than I can remember there was no one available...

Re: Foot washing and communion
Some things we just have to learn to leave in the hands of our Lord...In the far interior of Bahia once we had to try to gather water to baptize people...The pastor and I worked for hours just to get enough water for people to lay down in and we said the words over them...not everywhere is America....Once I baptized a little trinty pastor and his wife in a stream full of aligatores and snakes in the jungle...
I have done ladies meetings and we washed hands!

Re: Foot washing and communion
OK sis...You've gone and made one fat boy cry already this morning.
As far as whether or not God would honor your faith or effort....Sis if He doesn't honor that what hope do the rest of us have?
It's OK...They tried to tell Jesus what He could and couldn't do and how He could and couldn't do things too...
"You can't heal on this day! You can't pick corn on this day! You can't forgive them! You can't eat with them! You can't associate with them! Just who do you think you are?"
Sis you refused to accept limitations of your situation you faced at the time...Where others would give up or wouldn't even try you have the attitude of "It's not a question of IF I'm going to do this...only a question of how."
One day I'm going to stand in judgement before a righteous God and I just hope that I'm not standing in line behind you...because I won't have ANY excuse.

Excellent, I heartily agree! Good point about the Pharisees too.

You are asking a question here?
To whom were you addressing the above question?
