Well, I am glad that Democratic mess is over. Boy, they are the most dishonest people we have in Texas. They destroyed Tom DeLay's political career and made him just about go broke over false charges.

I hope Texas can work toward some legislation to cause the loser to pay in these types of lawsuits.

Perry is pleased that the charges have been finally thrown out, said his attorney Tony Buzbee, who called it a "shame that it took that long to get something as weak and misguided as this to be dismissed."

"It was a bunch of foolishness from the beginning. I feel bad for him because he was put through this for no reason," Buzbee said.

If memory serves, this Alinsky-like projection is the same tactic used against Palin when she was Alaska's governor.

It would be great if when those politically accused are exonerated that those bringing charges are held financially liable for all legal fees incurred. It might take "an act of congress"!
