It is a very good review Bro. Mark. I agree that it is a beautiful song, and the lyrics are solidly balanced in scripture.

I am reminded of the verse which says "I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion."

A proper understanding of God's Sovereignty gives us a deeper appreciation of His mercy and grace towards us.
