it will be far safer with a big company standing guard...
they have far more resources to keep the hackers away.
but safe is in the eye of the beholder isnt it?

Maybe I am just getting older but does anybody else besides me feel privacy and freedom going out the window?
Not good enough, Passwords and SmartCards are not the future.
The future is personal recognition, the building knows who you are and opens the door for you, the car opens when you approach it, the telephone or computer knows who you are, no need for passwords of SmartCards which can be forgotten or lost.
