How about admitting that the law is hopelessly complicated and scrap it? How is it "justice" binding people with more chains in the name of "helping" them. If you REALLY want people helped, government is the WORST vehicle on earth to bring that about. It is sad that you don't see this.

Doesn't matter. DM wouldn't admit Obama has done wrong even if Obama grew a Charlie Chaplin mustache and started wearing a swaztika armband.

Employers find ANOTHER Obamacare fee. It will cost them, collectively, $25B in 3 years. That’s $25B less for paychecks...

Many people regretted their vote for Jimmy Carter and Lyndon Johnson. And many will feel the same in time that they helped put this president into office. The next four years are going to be an endurance contest, but I am confident that it will lay the foundation for another conservative surge like the 80s and 90s.

wow, it is hard to believe there are people like you out there. i see a divided republican party. no identity. no leadership. changing demographics in favor of minorities. changing social mores as evidenced by drug legalization and gay marriage approval legally and in the polls. more minorities, more liberalism, continued income inequality with high profits and low wages, democrats strong on national defense all translate into democrat majorities and republican insignificance. what evidence do you have for a conservative surge besides mindless emotion?

Continued high profits and low wages under Obama? Are you admitting he is failing to make the economic environment healthy.
My confidence is in the fact that the numbers from 2012 show that the number one factor in BOs victory was the number of conservatives that wouldn't vote for Romney. BO got fewer voters than in 2008. Romney was the wrong candidate.
Overconfidence is a weakness and y'all think you're invincible because you won in 2012. It's a set up for failure.

it is true that romney got 2 million fewer votes than mccain, but obama got 8 million fewer votes in 2012 than 2008. fewer obama votes didn't translate into republican votes, it just means enthusiasm was down on both sides, more down for democrats, but we still got a 3 point win. your analysis of election results doesn't produce a republican majority in 2016 unless republicans are fired up and democrats lack enthusiasm. so which republican can fire up the base, win the primary and not be to whacked out for the general election? in your analysis a democrat only loses if he/she fails to fire up the democratic base. democrats have the numbers so please give me another reason for this supposed republican surge.
election results from 2008 and 2012
