Eh, I am for term limits for all politicians. Twice is enough, I don't care who they are.

Thats not what happened Cindy. He said the GOP's strategy would be to do everything in their power to make Obama a one term Prez. Meaning they were going to fight everything and make sure he didnt get anything done. Yet the thread starter got all up in arms because Obama said what he said.

I was speaking in general, not to just the Presidency. Our system of government is broken. And especially set term limits for the Supreme Court.

I agree to term limits for Congress. There are many that have been in over a decade that should've been out years ago. Members of Congress should be limited to two consecutive terms of 3 or 5 years (overlapping with the Presidency).
I don't agree to term limits for SCOTUS. I'm afraid it would negatively affect the impartiality of the court.
