Do you like Grits???
I love grits. I like 'em thick with salt and butter. Thick enough that they won't fall off the spoon.
I love to mix them with my Egg's over medium. Yummy!
Sometimes I put white milk gravy over them with bacon when I have biscuits and gravy.
Never put sugar on grits.....ever!

Nope. Grits taste different that CoW and I can't stand Malt O Meal.

I lived in Georgia for 6 months, even worked as a waitress at Shoney's...but I don't think I ever had any grits.
Now I LOVE Cream of Wheat and Malt-O-Meal!

Grits with cheese and sauteed mushrooms, also add a little sausage gravy, maybe some soft-scrambled eggs......

I am the same way Coop...
Sweetening up Malt-O-Meal and Cream Of Wheat is fine... but not for grits.
CHTatum... never tried mushrooms, cheese etc... sounds like it would be good though... not sure about sauteed onions though.
