I need the lyrics to "Apples of Gold" ...

I know part of them:

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver,
And when you're hurting a friend means more than anything.
Jesus is that kind of friend who stays closer than a brother,

2nd verse begins with something like:

Set a watch oe'r my heart (?),
Keep the door of my lips (?) ...maybe this is vice versa for heart and lips?
Help me to bridle my tongue the way that Jesus did.
Jesus never let idle word pass through his lips...
