Here is a little Iranian history. In 1951 Iran elected their first democratically elected president. His name was Mohamed Mossadegh. He was Time's Man of the Year. The first thing he did was nationalize Iran's oil supply because BP (yeah that BP) was robbing them blind and taking all of the oil profits out of a needy country. The British started plotting to overthrow Mossadegh but he got wind of it and kicked all the British out of the country. So the British went to Eisenhower in 1953 and got him to agree to remove Mossadegh. The coup was pulled of for just 1 million dollars; a bargain by Kermit Roosevelt, grandson of Teddy and Norman Schwarzkopf's father (small world). Mossadegh was placed under house arrest until he died. Then the US installed The Shah of Iran in his place and he was every bit ass brutal as Saddam Hussein. BP never got back in but the US oil companies did. By the time Carter was president the Iranian people were fed up with the Shah and he was driven from the country. Then the Shah was diagnosed with cancer and he comes to the US for treatment. Because the US was responsible for the Shah's brutal reign the Iranian people saw this visit to America as him plotting to get back in power. That is why the Iranian students took over the embassy and the hostages were held for 444 days. They would have been released earlier but the republican had to make sure the hostages wouldn't be released until after Election Day. After Reagan comes to power the US joins up with that nice guy Saddam Hussein and give him the green light ad all the weapons he need to kill 1 million Iranians. To this day we are still spending 400 million a year to destabilize the Iranian government since 2007. So tell me if you were Iranian how would you feel about Americans.

This country has done very similar things in at least 14 other countries. We have 700+ military bases in 160 countries. That is the definition of empire. If Americans are such great people why do we need so much protection? Imperialism is the cause of terrorism.

I am quite sure it was appropriate to bash the situation our country's founders found themselves in. God also blessed what they cursed and what they stood for. If one looks around and find themself in a very, very similar situation then perhaps the response to it would be appropriate.

There were also people then who did not like what they heard. They were called Tories. They also thought that things were just fine.

islam isnt the same god as My God. i bet you cant even tell me the name of the god of islam, I can tell you the Name My God has presented me.

just back on the political wagon again. i really believe no one on this topic really cares to how you feel. Your just trying to soe seeds of discord.
every place in this world has issues, and the government isnt gonna bow to your wants and desires.

What name were you definitely presented with? Jesus? (laughing) HIS name was Yeshua a spinoff of Joshua. You are praying to a person re-named by the Church of Rome and dont even use the name he was given.

Allah is from the root word Eli and is the arabic version of the Aramaic name for Abraham's God. Aramaic was the language of Jesus.

It is written in your book that Jesus when Jesus prayed he used the name "Eli". The Arabic word for God is Allah. Even christian Arabs pray to Allah.

You might say you were given a name. "Jesus" taught you to pray and when he taught you to pray he taught you to pray to ELI. The same God he prayed to. Now you do something else.

The God of Islam is the God of your prophet Jesus. The name you pray to is the re-name that you were told to pray to by the Church of Rome.

How people think about how I feel or dont feel does not cost me one minute of thought or sleep. LOL
