Not fussy here. Maybe this is one of those psychological triggers that people keep telling me about.
Please read that I did not put Thad in the same category as others in leadership who actually believe that people do not matter, people are only the means by which I can accomplish what I set out to do...and most of the time so that I can receive the noteriety (notice I didn't say
glory)...or the narcissistic belief that I am do everything so that I can give Glory to the Lord and not as a collective body.
There are people like this all over the place with saints stuck to the bottom of their shoe like a piece of gum.
Again, I am not being fussy or bitter, this is just the way things are sometimes...it is the same in business, sporting teams, etc. It is not exclusive to the church...but it happens there where the standard and expectation should be a little higher.
