Mr. Arnold was removed from my radar years ago when he made a point and followed it up by saying, "What's wrong with ya, ya gotta tumor in ya head?" and actually appeared to be proud of himself.
I stopped the tape, which someone had sent to me to help get me "back in the truth", threw it in a box just in case I ever needed yet another piece of proof why I would never look back, and that was that.

When JA was a young man the crude schtick was amusing. The crude language and slang just seems bizarre coming from a 60ish grown man many decades removed from his "rough" upbringing.
I did enjoy the magic tricks in the 70's though. He was quite good.

Slang is slang and everyone at some point uses some amount of it. I'm not crazy about his style but if that's what floats a few people's boats....whatever. But it's the attitude behind the slang and crudeness that I can't stand. Inferencing that your audience is stupid, in a spiritual setting, is just appalling, and he does it repeatedly. I can't stand it.
