Tropical Storm Humberto plans to visit Houston

We have been informed that TS Humberto is planing on visiting Galveston and Houston with 15" of rain.

I remember when TOR was here a couple of years ago it flooded. I hope this doesn't affect us going to the conference. After all I worked hard to get my books ready!

It's supposed to roll right over top of us tomorrow... TEN INCHES OF RAIN MINIMUM tomorrow alone!!! That doesn't even include the 3 - 4 days after that we're going to be deluged with rain from it all. Gonna be a mess around here and our Church isn't really over the Hurricane two years ago!

Our new building is about 70% done and 'dried in' without the windows and doors... hope this doesn't mess things up for our new building!

Pray, Saints, pray....

I just heard on the news that Houston was out of the cone area and the storm was on path to hit Beaumont and the Lake Charles area.

Yes, I just heard this morning it is taking the same path as Rita did. That would put you right smack dab in the middle of it.

I pray your church and home will be safe, in Jesus Name!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being in Lake Charles, LA and on the Northeast side of all this they are predicting double digit rains and sustained winds of 50+ miles an hour. I have pine trees that are dying due to heat stress and one that is already leaning toward my house from Rita. I am praying that the Lord guide these down (if they come down) just like he did the ones from Rita and spare my humble abode.
