NYC settled to pay 1B over the next four years AND agreed to put the NYCHA under HUD oversight.

Apparently, the money NYCHA has been receiving isn't going to repairs and upkeep of their public housing.

Lynne Patton, a HUD executive, recently spent a month living in one of the NYCHA apartments and detailed the living conditions there.

Of course, Dems and NYC libs are saying Trump is doing this as a way to somehow make money off the issue.
