I think they just put that one in because it's cute! And, I'm not sure I've seen a cake before showing the backside of a baby!

What could have prompted the "Welcome Baby" one? I'm with Hoovie. I feel like I'm missing out on a funny joke. Did they order a cake "with the baby's feet on the top?" Did they order "a baby and a moon?"

My salon lady received some personalized note cards for Christmas and they had her name on the top and on the bottom they said, "nothing on the bottom". The lady who ordered them thought they were so funny when they arrived that she went ahead and gave them to her. We've laughed over those many times!
