What's meant by "it was verified in Nebraska?" I know for a fact this "revival" didn't happen in Nebraska; it may well have happened in California, but not Nebraska.

It's not quite the story I've been hearing from some friends in Nebraska. Quite the opposite actually. But I hope it's true.
