We always pay cash, so it won't be on the receipt.

Re: Handgun or Pump action rifle?
Renda,
I read something today that I never thought of before. Advice for an attempted break-in:
"Put your car keys by your bed at night. If you hear someone breaking in, just push the panic button on your key fob. All the neighbors will hear."
I haven't tried this yet and am wondering how much distance you can put between your vehicle and where you are located to set off the alarm. Oh, well, I guess I could get out of bed and move toward the door to set off the alarm.

I could set mine off from my bedroom because the garage is right behind my bedroom. However, I have an alarm system on my house, so if they break a window, open a window or door whoot-whoot the whole neighborhood will know and a couple of guys around here are packing and come out ready to shoot.
So, maybe I'll just hope they are always home and let them do the shooting!
That is a great idea for others that don't have alarms on their homes. I know I've read to do that if someone is trying to attack you in a parking lot.

I think, even with an alarm system, I would set off my vehicle as well. That would scare the diddly squat (do not know what that means ) out of the intruder.
It is a good idea to set off your alarm if you are being attacked in a parking lot. You'd hope he would get scared off or that someone would care and get involved. It's not always the case.

By the way, Steven Seagel only lives about 45 minutes from us.

A reminder to Renda - You are only helpless when your nail polish is wet. Even then, you could pull a trigger if you had to.

LOL!
Actually, Steven lived here in Memphis for a while too!
No, the two neighbors that I know are packing are NO WHERE NEAR the hunk as Steven is.....but, a gun is a gun and that's all that would matter if they were helping me out!

Gotta step it up with my gun. My son and DIL found a house and are moving out next week - after one year of living with us! Praise God!! LOL! I will have to protect myself now.
