I do like the blue for you, but I'm more a shading type person. In other words all the colors have to blend throughout the house in shades.
I had this more in mind for your family room. It blends from the Autumn color in your dining area, but that's just me!
It looks fine the way it is and goes well with your furniture. I'm not criticizing that at all!

That looks good! As you can see, our kitchen counters are grey, but Mrs. Pianoman wants me to replace them with new granite counter tops. That would be a good time to repaint. We've had the blue color for over eight years!
