My two cents (know I wasn't the one asked)... whether or not it is a "hell" issue depends on what is not understood.
No matter how sincere, will someone who does not understand or accept that Jesus died for their sins heaven bound?

I agree with your point on what is understood. That is my question concerning TV if the scripture used to preach against it is the one about setting no evil thing in front of you, to most of us that is reffering to idolotry. however some believe the TV is an idol and is worshipped and I do believe the time some people spend in front of one could be considered worship. But depending on ones lifestyle that time spent could also be on other things but yet TV is a huge sin in some camps. The same camp that has the understanding of TV being a sin believes us TV watchers will go to hell. So is this a hell issue. I do not know the answer. I have always believed that if it is a hell issue it would be there in black and white or red. The Bible mentions hell 3 times more than it does Heaven. OK I am finished but if anyone understands my questions on what is understood please help me understand so i will have a better understanding on what is understood.

Some of you are more protective of AFF than you are your churches or our pastors. I think there are good people on AFF. I'm explaining why I said what I did earlier. Phelps, if you don't like it, you have the same right. Opinions vary on here, and not all are subject to your own.

Diversity is encouraged. Self righteousness is not. I think you might want to learn the difference.

No one has said asking questions equals defamation. Defamation, by definition, is when someone makes a false claim, expressly stated or implied, to be factual, that may give an individual, business, group, organization, etc... a negative image. Slander is spoken, so wouldn't apply on AFF.
Ask any question you want. Just keep it questions until all facts are known. In this case, facts weren't known. I was PMd by an involved party with the facts earlier this morning. Posters are just quick to run their mouths WITHOUT first asking enough questions. Yes, people leave church often because of GOSSIP.

Who are you talking about??
We can not do anything unless someone reports the posts-
But as Mike said, if you feel so despairingly about AFF why come here?

So your defense of AFF is not self-righteous, but others posters who tell others to save their judgement is self-righteous? I think you need a new measuring stick.

No it's not, you would know if I called YOU a name. And neither my pastor or my church need defending. I do not, nor ever will bash a preacher or pastor.

Your attitude and condescension stinks worse than most of the things I read on here. Just calling them like I see them.

I'm always here. I decided to speak up today (and yesterday). And look at the mob gather 'round.
