I am just pointing out that your communication skills led us to read that the youth leader came up to you right after you took the church and informed you who the church would and would not fellowship under your pastorate...thereby dictating to you who you could and could not fellowship...

If that is not what happened then you need to correct the perception you left rather than coming back claiming we are "off base" or are "retards" as if we have some "problem"...

Your post clearly gives the impression that the YL told you who the church did not and would not fellowship.....

My youth leader told me who they had in the past fellowshiped and had not, this was because of the former pastor, which was a good man. He in no way told me who to fellowship with or not, but due to what I preach (which was very close to what the former pastor preached) he though I might want to know.

I have brought them into some good fellowship since coming to this church. They were glad to find other which shared to same beliefs as they do.

See...that leaves a totally different perception of your youth leader...

I hope you can compare both posts and see the difference for yourself.

People know what is going on and for a pastor to think that they don't is foolish. They know. All my trustees have come to me and ask me "what are we going to do?" I tell them we are going to do nothing right now, but be still.

And we wonder why the Apostolic church is in the shape it's in. Well, if your pastor, or youth pastor had a grudge against another church, I guess you won't be fellowshipping based on " loose " standards. What a joke! Aren't you strong enough in the faith to keep the faith? With that kind of attitude, a sinner doesn't stand a snowball's chance...er, we'll leave it at that!
