one possibility I recently pondered was based on some general thinking surrounding:
1. the absence of displacement
2. the derivative in Calculus
1. Time is often referred to as the fourth dimension. As such, it provides a basis to think of it as a continuium upon which movement (displacement) can occur. If we are transformed with entry into the Kingdom of God and become part of the omnipresent-ness that pertains to the Spirit of God, then we could consider that we can 'BE' anywhere but to get to there does not require displacement, hence we never experience the reality of time because it no longer has a stage to occur on.
2. The derivative of x as a function that pertains to time, eliminates the influence of time for the purpose of evaluating the function for some specific limit. It takes the influence of time and removes it by evaluating a time-varying function at one specific point. many of us were taught in Calc 1 that we are evaluating the function at smaller and smaller intervals of time, an interval that we will let approach zero --aka, the moment. If everything in the Kingdom of God is IN THE MOMENT, then past and future have no basis for being experienced because the POINT that you are in is indestinguishable from the any other POINT.
I am just sharing some ponderings, not trying to submit anything as revelation.

Are you sure it's in heaven where we will be? And are you sure we will have watches?

I found your pondering interesting...aka moment....that there is a moment (atomos from which we get atom in that it cannot be further divided) in the twinkling (rhipe) throw, stroke, beat of an eye; the eye being single upon the Lord being full of light, thus having the light of the knowledge of the glory of God unto full maturity; thus coming to the knowledge (not ginosko, but epiginosko knowledge of our Lord Jesus) of the Son of God as our only true God and eternal life; the revelation of Jesus Christ..the kingdoms of this world becoming the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ. just some thoughts...
