Well, I didn't list a website? I posted a link to an article; but assuming that that is what you meant, then excellent! It only remains for you to refute the article, and substantiate the charges that you are insinuating. Which, wadr, we both know that you cannot do. You will be fighting the rest of the Christian world, published Dr's of Divinity, all--the ref's are all in there--and you are certainly entitled to your interpretation of Genesis; and nevermind that a Dr. of Divinity might have something relevant to reply, like, oh, that you can't (or at least the Council could not; perhaps you can outshine them, too) even define Original Sin. Best of luck--I have been on this night and day for over a year now. I couldn't.

And, although I won't be able to establish the connection for you right now, please see that Original Sin is what you are implying, and participating in, with this statement. I'm not meaning to point a finger, as I am easily drawn into this myself.
Two years ago, I would have accused you of deliberately insinuating that my article, and therefore my opinion, holds no water; but I have come to see that it is usually unconsciously done--learned from a young age. See how your reply here, in effect, says,
" My opinion is, of course, superior to yours, as is my interpretation of Scripture; therefore, you are invalid, and so is your article."
Please examine for yourself--the record is plain, and available--and see the beginnings of the doctrine of Original Sin, whose author was Augustine, and compare it to the Law of sin and death, which is unimpeachable Scripture; and know that I forgive you.

From one man sin and death came from another sin and death have been conquered. Sin was birthed in a garden and in a garden a life was laid down.

Amen--if we, man, had left it at that, we would be talking about the irrefutable Law of sin and death...but noooooooo, some 'Apostolic' type had to get involved--just to make sure everyone else believed exactly like they did, don'cha know.

Amen to that. These necessarily address the 'since when' directly; and further refute the doctrine of OS, to me.

These showcase the doctrine of original Sim because they say before you ever sinned your heart was already defiled. This begs the question when was it defiled the it logical answer is crime birth by original sin.

Hmm, that seems to refute God's own words, to me; "No more will I contend with man, who is evil from his youth." despite any hair-splitting @ 'youth.'
But I will say that your pov is almost universal, in this corner of the world, anyway...and again urge (you) to investigate the diff in the Law of sin and death and the doctrine of Original Sin. In the West, they are virtually inseparable, but the doctrine is unknown in the rest of Christianity.
And for good reason; although it seems insignificant, possibly even a semantics argument, turning the Law into the doctrine was a monumentally satanic achievement, whose consequences reverberate even today. Our society is just now becoming aware of, and rejecting wholesale, the results of the doctrine.
Christ rose, and lives!

Re: What is Nature of Original Sin?
"What defiles a man?"
You have made it "the fact that he was born a sinner;"
when Scripture says otherwise. This is a set-up, pure and simple.
