If there is a problem in an
organization that happens to be black (I'm not saying that I agree that this is a widespread problem in COGIC)...but if there is a problem in an organization that happens to be black, perhaps it's wiser to present it as an organizational problem and not a racial problem.
I have said before that I don't think some people are racist, but I do think that sometimes they are not cognizant of some of the implications they make. I do see this as a "Friends" forum, and my goal is to prevent a friend from voicing something that will be taken very badly.
