I know a pastor from CA. who went to Thaland and came home sick with a stomach virus for 3 years. He got a worm from the food and it about tore his intestines up.

You can not eat raw food in places llike that-and the water is a sure no-no.
We drink bottled water, and we eat nothing that is not hot and cooked. The spicy thing is what got to me, but other than that I was fine.
I know the time zone thing is major KILLER! Then your host wants to drag you around kingdom come, when you rather be in bed asleep.
But there is nothing like India-the smells and the noise-the busy-ness plus all the colorful garments!
I can't wait!
