Barak Obama provides an interesting new tax for anyone who buys an electric car....

in his mind, they "get a bargin" because they still pay effectivly less than gas cars, but the government gets to tax them in the process.

and here I keep being told Mr. Obama only wants to sock it to the rich?

baloney.
