Well, you've got to know the whole story. When my husband and I disaffiliated the church (or rather, the church voted to..) the presbyter came up and did exactly that. Then next time this song came on the oldies station my husband and I looked at each other and laughed. The rest is history. I can't hear this song without thinking about that.
