What's The Minimum For Salvation?

What's the minimum requirement for salvation? There are so many different denominations out there, Pentecostals, Baptists, Mormons, Jehovah Witness, Presbyterians, Amish, Mennonites, and on and on. Why aren't folks saved in all those denominations? Specifically, what is it about their beliefs that will send them to hell?

For example, will rejection of the oneness doctrine in favor of the trinitarian doctrine send someone to hell?
