Free HIV Vaccine-- A Good Thing?
So we are not there yet, but there are a group of individuals who have united to not only come up with a HIV Vaccine, but they want to make sure that it is FREELY available to all people.
What are your thoughts on this?
Are there any implications that we as a society should be cautious of in such a project?
