just another day...
Well, so much for a pleasant night and a wonderful 4-6 AM time with the Lord…I looked out and thought everyone is still sleeping…our family is usually up by now and then remembered today is a holiday here and they had told me everyone would rest later…so I got back in bed and almost went to sleep when was jolted wide awake by gunfire…I jumped out of the bed…unlocked the bedroom and hall doors and looked out but noting on our compound…. it is now almost 8 and there have been 4 rounds of gunfire outside our compound… I am wondering if the bread store has been robbed again…about a monthly thing…my neighbors have guns (against the law) but they live in fear…
Lots of drugs and gang wars…lots of robbers…. however just another common day where we live....just glad they are outside the compound...
