My husband used to use the word pi** all the time, which I thoroughly disliked, and complained until he stopped. LOL!!!! My main point, "Do you want the kids to say it?" He didn't think it was a curse word (or bad word), though, and still doesn't.
I've had to break several bad habits regarding the sissy words, like cra*, screwed, etc.
I can say I don't use the bad words...BUT...
One time Jeff and I had a big argument, and I let a really, REALLY bad word fly, mostly for shock value. He looked at me like I had grown 15 horns, and looked really disgusted, and then I was just embarrassed. LOL!!!
Kids will inspire you to clean up your mouth, because they repeat EVERYTHING.
I have to say, my family, well, foul language is not really frowned upon, except for maybe the F word, and some of the really obscene language. I'm changing that in our house!!!! (Mostly my Dad's side--I've
never heard my mother use any kind of bad word, sissy, slang or otherwise.)
