It gets me how some read that scripture to preach against wearing anything gold! They ignore the plaiting and the wearing of apparel.
plait (plt, plt)
n.
1. A braid, especially of hair.
2. A pleat.
tr.v. plaitˇed, plaitˇing, plaits
1. To braid.
2. To pleat.
3. To make by braiding.
The women plaid their hair and put on apparel, but
won't wear gold because of this scripture!!
Oh consistency, where art thou?
